Directions: Parcel 1: 4 Miles South of H16 on RR 102 by Minburn
Parcel 2: 3.5 Miles South of H16 on RR 102 by Minburn. Parcels are North and South of each other by TWP Rd 494.
Soft Close: When a bid is placed in the last five minutes of an auction session, the time remaining is extended by five minutes for all items in that session. The session will not close until there is no bidding on all items for 5 minutes.

In our land auctions the seller has the right to accept, reject or counter on the high bid. They usually have until noon the next day to decide. If the bid is not accepted, we negotiate with the high bidder to try to achieve an acceptable price.
This platform will reflect bids as "pending" until they are an official sale.
