Directions: From Hwy 41 +16 overpass at Vermilion go 11 miles East to RR 50; SW-30-50-4-W4 is on the SE side. Continue 4.5 Miles S to TWP Rd 500 and 1/2 Mile East to SE-6-50-4-W4 & NE-31-49-4-W4, located on the N side of Rd and west side of RR45.
Soft Close: When a bid is placed in the last five minutes of an auction session, the time remaining is extended by five minutes for all items in that session. The session will not close until there is no bidding on all items for 5 minutes.

In our land auctions the seller has the right to accept, reject or counter on the high bid. They usually have until noon the next day to decide. If the bid is not accepted, we negotiate with the high bidder to try to achieve an acceptable price.
This platform will reflect bids as "pending" until they are an official sale.
