One lady's 18 karat yellow gold sapphire, ruby and diamond ring. Flush set in the center of the ring is one pear-shaped natural sapphire measuring approximately 10 x 5.5 mm. Flush set on each side of the center are two oval shaped natural rubies measuring approximately 5 x 3 mm each and two oval shaped natural sapphires measuring approximately 3 x 2.5 mm each. Flush set on the top and bottom rows of the ring are a total of eight marquise cut diamonds weighing approximately .12 to
.17 carat each. The ring weighs 18.1 pennyweight.
