Registration Terms:
All live bidders are required to report to the bidders table prior to the sale to receive their bidders card. All first time buyers on vehicles are required to give a $100.00 cash refundable deposit or certified funds deposit upon registering. All online bidders must have a $100.00 refundable deposit on file to register to bid.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1. All live bidders must complete payment on the day of the auction by 3:00P.M. regardless of when picked up.
2. All online bidders must complete payment within 2 banking days regardless of when picked up.
3. All live buyers settlement must be tendered in the form of cash, cashiers check, credit card or check only w/<a href="http://www.lemonsauctioneers.com/letter_guarantee.pdf">Bank Letter of Guarantee with a statement of limits - No Exceptions.
4. All online buyers settlement must be tendered by cash, cashiers check, credit card, eprocessing, pay pal or wire transfer. All <a href="http://www.lemonsauctioneers.com/letter_guarantee.pdf">Bank Letters of Guarantee</a> must be received no later than 12:00P.M. (Noon) on 02-22-05 via fax or in person at our office.
