LC Smith double-barrel side by side shotgun, 20ga specialty grade, 32” barrels with ventilated rib, Hunter single trigger, auto ejectors, beavertail forend, pistol grip stock, nicely figured wood, 3” chambers, with factory letter confirming features and shipped January 4th, 1932 to Union Hardware, on order #34963. Interesting that it was started on October 15th, 1929, proof tested February 26th, 1930, patterned the same day,finished May 6th, 1930, shipped January 4th, 1932. The gun remains in fine to excellent original condition showing 95-98% original blue on barrels, 90-95% case hardening on action, just toning slightly with some veryvivid rainbow hues. The stocks are nicely figured and are very good plus to near fine with just slight handling, minor use. The gun locks tight, the bores are bright. Choked Modified (right) and Full (left). Stockmeasures 13-3/4” to the end of the wood, 14-7/8” to the end of the pad with one spacer. Serial #127212S. Est: $6,000 - $12,000
