LC Smith double-barrel side by side shotgun, 20ga, field grade, 28” barrels, raised milled non-ventilated rib, double-triggers, standard extractors, blue and case hardened finish, pistol grip stock, serial #9257.Choked approx. Improved Modified (right) and Full (left). The gun remains in good to very good condition showing 90-95% of an excellent old factory-quality refinish with sharp edges, good markings, and just starting toplum color slightly. The frame and sideplates show 60-70% original thinning case hardening drifting to silvery grey. The stocks have been slightly refreshed with good wood to metal fit. The action is tight, the bores are near excellent. The stock measures 13-3/4” to the end of the wood, 14-7/8” to the end of the freshly added recoil pad. A serviceable and shootable LC Smith in a desirable gauge that is not quite collector’s grade. Est:$700 - $1,400
