Manufactured in 1909, there is a white bead front sight, white mid bead sight, choked full/full and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The top of the rib at the rear is engraved "HUNTER ARMS CO. FULTON, N.Y." and the bottom flat is marked with the serial number "212220" over "3E". The water table is marked "PAT'D JULY 13 86/PAT'D OCT 5 86" and with the serial number "212220". The right side plate is engraved with two quail in a field with flourishes of floral scroll and the left side plate is also engraved with two quail in a field. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm with ebony tip and pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and solid recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 1/2 inches.

Condition: Professionally refinished with 98% blue finish remaining with some scattered scratches and nicks on the barrel and trigger guard. The casehardened components retain 90% of the muted original case colors. The wood is very good with scratches and dings, a tight hairline crack in the ebony tip and has been shortened with recoil pad added which has hardened with age.
