Kreighoff 28ga over/under crown grade shotgun, in aluminum carrying case, serial #8093, signed “W. Kolouch” beneath lever and dated “1985”. The gun shows 26” split barrels, marked for 3” shells, choked “Skeet” and “Skeet”, with ventilated rib. The gun is beautifully engraved with gold-inlaid game birds surrounded by scrolls, gold crown on release that is pierced, with gold-inlay on triggerguard, “J. R. L” which is alsopierced. The gun shows single-trigger, auto ejectors. The same letters are engraved on owner’s plaque on belly of stock. The stock measures 14-3/8” to the end of the wood, 15-1/4” to the end of the pad. The gun isstocked in deluxe walnut with beautiful grain. Continental style square pistol grip, standard configurations. The gun remains in fine to near excellent condition showing minor firing and slight use. Near excellentoverall. 98-99% plus. From the Robert Petersen collection.
