Kodiak, Alaska: Ninilchik Charters - Mike Flores of Ninilchik Charters is donating a 7-day Self-Guided Sitka Black-tailed Deer and Mountain Goat (Residents only) hunt for two hunters on Kodiak Island. The areas you will be hunting offer a wide variety of terrain and vegetation. Kodiak supports a large population of Sitka Black-tailed Deer and Mountain Goats. Hunt includes meals and lodging aboard one of our two hunting vessels the 43' MV Arctic Endeavor or the 50' MV Sundy. We will transport you to shore for the day's hunt. Back aboard the boat each evening, dinner may include fresh wild game or fish that you have brought in that day. We also deploy crab pots throughout the week for an extra treat. Not included are Alaska Hunting licenses, tags, airfare, butchering, and gratuities. Sitka Black-tailed deer and Mountain Goat tags are available online or over the counter. Mountain Goat tags are for resident only. Two Mountain Goats are available in there area. The hunt will be conducted on available dates in October and November 2015. In addition, Yukon Grubaugh of Tall Tales Taxidermy is donationg two $100 gift certifcates towards a shoulder or life-size mount.
