Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Nov 24
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Monday Dec 8 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed

Kit Kat is every little kids dream pony. Kit Kat is a true confidence builder; she is the perfect first pony for your kids to learn on. My little sister has been riding her since she was 3 and has learned so much from this pony. She loves to take Kit Kat out to gather her cows or go wrangle my goats when they get out of the pen. Mariah plays with Kit Kat and spends hours riding her up and down the hills, in and out of the house and around the ranch. Mariah also loves to hook her up to the cart and go for a drive. Kit Kat is truly a pony of a lifetime who is ready to make your kid’s dreams come true. The other day Mariah and her friend were riding Kit Kat and playing in the yard when I looked over and Mariah had her little goat Tulip jumping on Kit Kat to take a ride like a dog would. Kit Kat trail rides just like the big horses, she goes over all the trail obstacles and she takes time off well. Kit Kat is super friendly, extra gentle and patient with everything the kids do with her. We have had very timid riders fall in love with Kit Kat as she gives them the conference the need to feel safe and have a fun ride. She takes time off well, saddles up the same every time. She is easy to catch. She gets along well in a mixed herd and gets along will all the other animals including pigs, llamas, goats and poultry. Kit Kat is good for the farrier. She is up to date on vaccinations and age verified by the vet. She stands 36 inches tall and is 5yrs old. PPEs welcome at your expense. We will hold her up to 10 days for free and we are glad to help arrange transportation.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: No buyer's premium for this sale.
HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
