Very dark navy blue or faded black, appears to be wool, holes and separations, interior liner intact, old label partially visible from New York, original bill in good condition, probably from the Civil War era or very close, side brass buttons to hold a strap.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined. We will be glad to take a guess as to shipping, but no guarantees can be made that this will be the final amount.
