Large sheet from Nov. 1853 for a Ferdinand Ruth to have assets sold to pay a judgment by Daniel Beecher and John ?Glassner? Containing a house, fruit trees and other outbuildings. The property was sold to a Peter Ruffensperger?? For $54 on 16th Jan. 1854. 18" wide by 22" tall. This would be an outstanding piece of history to frame and hang.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined.
