Japanese Type 38 carbine in 6.5 mm showing full mum and retaining dust cover in good original condition. The metal surfaces show some light to moderate erosion and surface pitting. The stock shows typical military use and wear and would berated as fair to good. There is a piece of gray military tape affixed to the right side of the stock which had writing upon it but is now illegible. Brought back from World War II by Mr. Bob Hope. A certificate of authenticity statingthat this exact rifle is from the estate of legendary performer Bob Hope is included. Consigned directly from the Hope Family Trust. Est.: $300-$600
