Thomas (Tommy) Singer (born 1940 - May 31, 2014)
He is one of the most regarded silversmiths in Navajo history having created the ‘CHIP INLAY’ an intricate use of turquoise and coral chips integrated in to the silver work. This method made Mr. Singer famous world around in the 60’s. He is known for his overlay work, storyteller pieces, rug patterns and traditional motifs.
Size 7 - 9 (see images for details) This sterling ring has a large triangle shaped setting with three stones and shells which include Turquoise, Mother-of-Pearl & spiny oyster. The ring is designed in such away that the band is not solid and allows for some adjustability. The setting measures 24mm x 16.3 mm and the ring band measures 29.9 mm x 9.5 mm. The ring weighs 13.4 g, is stamped with a JJ and Sterling NOTE: JJ could stand for Jerry Johnson, Joann Johnson and/or John Jim Billie
