Interesting clip-point bowie knife from Mexico to South American circa mid to late 19th century, 15-3/8” overall, with 10-3/4” clip-point blade showing nearly 4-1/2” clip. Blade measures 7/8” at widest point nearricasso. The horn grip is inlaid with nickel or German silver, with nickel or German silver mounts. The blade shows some light to moderate pitting and erosion, the grip shows some slight losses and normal wear. Aninteresting old knife. Est: $200 - $400
