Indian tulwar sword circa 18th to 19th century approximately 36 ½” overall with 32” wide blade which measures nearly 1 ¼” across widest part of hilt and shows an old X type armorers mark on the blade. The blade isnicely forged with a flared tip and there is some traces of decorations left on the hilt. The sword retains a leather scabbard but no tip. The scabbard shows a great deal flaking and aging but sound. Not a tourist piece this is a very old sword with a real tempered blade. Est.: $250-$500.
