Important factory engraved, gold banded and inscribed on backstrap “CIMARRON, NEW MEXICO”, SAA revolver belonging to New Mexico lawman Fred Lambert; .32 W.C.F. cal., 5-1/2” barrel, re-blued finish, raised carved steer head pearl grips, #305332 with factory letter confirming caliber, barrel length, blue finish, factory engraved, inscribed and embellished with two gold bands, shipped to Chas. F. Lambert, address “Unavailable”,shipped January 15, 1908, one gun in shipment; also accompanied by a wood and glass display case, 5 badges, a large 3-ring binder of photos and documents related to Lambert’s lengthy career; also a record bythe Western Heritage Press of the Last Rites of Fred Lambert (1887-1971) held at the Cimarron Community Methodist Church on February 9, 1971. This gun is in overall beautiful condition as factory refinishedyears ago (note in accompanying binder suggests re-blue done by factory in the fall of 1912) showing the majority of that blue, matching visible serial numbers, fine deluxe Helfricht engraved in the style of the Sears
