PAYMENTS:
Your credit card used for registration is for registration only. You must submit Loomis Auctioneers your credit cards info (attached) to secure your bidding.
Any bidders that do not submit credit cards by auction day, bids will be canceled. At checkout, payments accepted, cash, bank wire, bank certified check, credit card, or pre-approved company check with a mandatory credit card backup. Only PA checks considered. If you abandon any purchase, you are still liable for payment, in addition to any and all legal / collection fees and loose the goods. 10% buyer's premium.
TAX EXEMPTIONS:
All buyers must complete the attached sales form, and submit a copy of tax exempt certificate or WV sales tax will be charged. All non tax exempt buyers will be charged the State of West Virginia sales tax on all transactions. No exceptions.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES LARGE QUANTITIES ORDERS:
$15.00 per skid staging fee for each skid prepped by Auction Company. Includes skids, wrapping, shippers load and count to the dock door, and on the truck. Buyer waives any rights for any alleged claims post FOB shipping, whatsoever. Per auction terms & conditions buyer agrees to hold harmless Loomis Auctioneers and its staff harmless of any liability, whatsoever.

Auction company reserves the right to implement a one time, 15 minute bidding time extension, in the event a bidder attempts to place last minutes, or seconds, bids. Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised. OVERTIME, AND LAST MINUTE BIDDING EXTENSION MAY APPLY (EXTENSIONS BY VARY AUCTION TO AUCTION.) All bidders understand, agree, and consent these terms, and hold Loomis Auctioneers harmless of any liability or claims, whatsoever.
All auction items are sold AS IS, no returns, arbitration, negotiations, or refusals after auctioneer says “SOLD” and you are the successful bidder.

Auction staff can not assist in post sale load assistance due to liability issues.

By registration for a buyer’s number, you agree to “Hold Harmless” Loomis Group Auctioneers, LLC. and it’s staff, directly or indirectly, of any claims, liability, or representation of any lot item, or real estate in the auction.

Any merchandise or lots remaining after the auction will be considered abandoned and owner will lose all rights and title to the merchandise, unless agreed arrangements are made with owner or auction company. If merchandise is or is not paid for, abandoned by bidder / buyer. The buyer /bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to amount bid, collections, fees, legal fees, labor, and disposal fees. There are no rights of abandonment, whatsoever.
In the event of a NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind. Buyer irrevocably authorizes any attorney in any court of competent jurisdiction to confess a judgment without process in favor of Loomis Group Auctioneers for such amount as many then appear unpaid herein, and to consent immediate execution upon such judgment. Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to all fees, commissions, buyer fees, court cost, legal fees, and hourly in house fees by auction company. Buyer “holds harmless” Loomis Auctioneers, and staff of all liability, whatsoever.In the event of NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind.
