Please try to pickup on Saturday May 20th, 10 - 5pm or after that by appointment. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post allowances, ie 66 lbs. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with cash, debit, EMT, credit at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 3% fee if paying by credit. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE:
Invoices will be emailed at the end of the sale. Etransfers must be sent immediately. Pickup is the next day. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their pickup / delivery / post if our pickup day doesn't work for them. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post. We ship at cost.
