Historic original framed Domain of Neptunus Rex document from the U.S. Lexington dated 14 July 1937 and signed 20 July 1937 indicating Kennedy M. Wren crossed the Equator for the first time and was “duly initiated into the solemn mysteries ofthe ancient order of the deep”. This however was no ordinary “first crossing” as Wren and the U.S. S. Lexington were bound South of the Equator, as noted in the document . . . “in search of the Lost Earhart Plane” (searching for AmeliaEarhart). A great piece of pre-WW II American history that is still a mystery today. Est.: $200-$400.
