Higher Grade variation of an 1872 U.S. Cavalry Officer’s sword with original scabbard inscribed “Presented to Major Charles G. Todd by the Members of Co. C 201st Regt. N.Y.V.” (New York Volunteers); agentmarked “Ridabock and Co., New York” and “Made in France”; very good plus to near fine condition overall. The New York Volunteers served with Teddy Roosevelt in the Spanish-American War and this officer and his unit should be further researched. Est.: $750-$1,500.

Buyer pays all cost of materials, handling, packing etc. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
