The lot features an early 1900 D.R.G.M. EBA German martini style falling block single shot rifle chambered in the .32 H&R Magnum (7.65mm) caliber. The rifle shows a deluxe walnut stock showing excellent wavy wood grain, deep rich coloring, and hand cut fancy fine pattern checkering. The stock shows a metal butte plate and silver colored tiered cap on the straight pistol grip. The forestock shows the same deluxe high grade walnut and fine hand checkering along with a silver like securing cap. The top of the octagonal style martini falling block frame the rifle is marked, "D.R.G.M." along with "EBA" in a circle. The rifle shows a very unique mechanism where the user would press the checkered round button on the rifle tange with their thump causing the spring or pressure loaded lever to open which ejects the previous round and allows the user to manually chamber the next round then pull the lever up which in-turn cocks the firing pin. The rifle has a three tiered round 24 inch barrel similar to high grade mauser rifles along with a Lyman fixed front sight and dual adjustable tip up Lyman rear sights. The rifle currently has an early Weaver J25 rifle scope on a Stith Mounts rail. The early rifle appears to be in good working order and is truly a fine target carbine size shooter. No serial number present. Curio and Relic, FFL Transfer or NICS Background check required.
