Henry Deringer percussion pistol with 1-3/4” barrel in 41 caliber with 7 groove rifling, engraved German silver mounts typical Deringer trademarks including “P” proof, bell shaped inlay at wrist, correct markings onlock and barrel and other identifiable characteristics. The gun is in good condition showing traces of case hardening on lock and breech with traces of striping on barrel. The stock is good to very good withsome small losses, a couple of gouges and normal aging. There is a small piece missing from the edge of the hammer probably due to casting flaw. The action is good, the markings good. Est.;$1,000-$2,000.
