Harper’s Ferry Model 1819 flintlock musket, .69 cal., 42” barrel dated 1819 (lockplate also dated 1819), wood stock, flared ramrod. This gun is in overall good condition with a grey patina on metal surfaces with scatterederosion and light pitting around firing area; good action and markings on lockplate, rear sling swivel is a crude replacement; wood is overall good showing consistent wear, scattered mars and scratches from carry andstorage, old cracks, losses and repair around the lock and breech area; V and PH cartouche on left side of stock above trigger, V P and eagle head proofs on left side of barrel at breech and H p 21 markings on top of barreladjacent to the top tang.
