Handmade Bowie knife in American style of 1830s-1840s with ivory grip and silver mounts and pins, clip point blade, early shaped hilt. This knife is a very nicely made 20th century copy of an extremely valuable earlyAmerican knife. The blade shows a Spanish style notch and measures 10", 14-1/2" overall; some aging to the blade and ivory grips. A very good looking knife that would fool most collectors and many experts, andwould cost many thousands to have made today at modern custom knife prices. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
