1) Engraved, framed brass plaque showing a tavern scene. Some of the men carry rifles and wear Germanic hunting garb. 8 3/8 inches wide and 6 inches tall, wet into a hardwood frame. 2) Wooden plaque, 18 3/4 inches in diameter, with a bugling elk in a hill scene in the center, and "Hindenburg-Scheibe." and "17. 6. Gegeb.u.d. Schutzen. Geschossen u. Herrn Bernh. Hoffmann. 1931" around the outside. 3) Three photos of an American marksman, identified by the consignor as Captain George Beck of the New York Schuetzen Bund #1. One depicts Capt. Beck in a N.Y.S.B. marked slouch cap, the other 2 show the Captain wearing an assortment of shooting medals.

Condition: 1) Excellent, with sharp detail and mild wear. 2) Very good, with some wood cracks and paint loss. Small holes are visible in the elk, with pencil markings extending from the holes (possibly from a parlor or zimmerschuetzen rifle). 3) Good, with foxing on the edges, a few minor stains and fine detail in the photo.
