In leatherette case. These awards were intended for senior heads of foreign military forces. 2) 6th Class Medal for the Japanese Order of the Sacred Treasures, silver finished with enamel accents, on a yellow and white ribbon. 3) Two packages of vintage WWII Japanese cigarettes, one pack opened with approximately 24 count total. 4) WWII Imperial Japanese Army/military cap, green fabric construction with tan cloth star on the front and a leather sweatband. 5) U.S. Army WWI enlisted tunic, green cloth with a red Private First Class chevron and a gold bullion service chevron on the left sleeve, and no visible makers marks.
