Assembled group of approximately twenty small to medium-sized skeleton and cabinet keys in steel, iron and brass, loose (not on a ring). The lot includes hollow-barrel and solid-shank examples with round, oval and trefoil bows, together with several flat stamped keys; some with stamped numerals or letters, others plain, and finishes ranging from dark patinated iron to brighter nickel-plated and brass surfaces. Likely originating from furniture, cabinet, wardrobe and interior lock mechanisms, European and American, late 19th to mid 20th century. A varied and decorative assortment ideal for collectors, artists or furniture restorers.
