Great old percussion full stock trade gun with serpentine reverse side lock plate, .69 cal., 47” round barrel, tiger striped wood stock, brass tipped wood ramrod. This gun is in overall very good condition showing a dark patina on metal surfaces with scattered erosion and old pitting at firing areas, brass acorn style engraved trigger guard, two brass ramrod ferrules, brass butt plate; good action; wood shows beautiful patina andgraining with some old expertly accomplished repairs to cracks along barrel areas; old dings and mars on butt stock and an undecipherable marking; brass or copper serpentine on left side of stock is very good with heavy dark patina; a beautiful trade gun that has a classic appearance.
