Great Western Arms Co. SAA revolver, .45 Colt 4-3/4” barrel, blue finish, brass trigger guard and backstrap, faux stag grips, #GW20118; accompanied by a heavy basket weave leather single loop holster and cartridgebelt. This single action and holster rig were the property of “Chic” Iverson, noted Newport Beach, CA car dealer who was a close personal friend of John Wayne. It is the Iverson family belief that the pistol andholster were gifted by Wayne to Chic however, no photos or documentation were found in the family archives; an autographed business card and family photo of Wayne with Iverson family are included. Would be interest toresearch from movie stills as the holster is somewhat unique although unsigned. Est.: $600-$1,200. Note: Wayne was an investor in Great Western Arms Co.

Checkout Date & Times: You may checkout during the auction each day and at our business location after the auction. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
