Germanic Yeager percussion rifle with military style bayonet lug on right side of barrel at muzzle, circa mid-1800’s, .62 cal., 28-1/2” octagon rifled barrel, blue finish, full wood stock with wood ramrod, double settriggers, sliding wood patchbox. This gun is in overall very good to fine condition showing considerable browning to barrel and case color to the lockplate that is marked “W. Pistor, Schmalkalden”; crisp action, very good bore, good markings, sling swivels, fine wood stock, set triggers working at time of description; a really fine Yeager. Est.: $750-$1,500.
