German Drilling combination shotgun/rifle marked Wilhelm Pilthe Halberstadt, 12 gauge over 8x57 cal., 27” barrels, engraved receiver, blue and case hardened finish, double triggers, checkered wood stocks, #566. This gun is in overall very good condition showing considerable muted blue finish to the barrels and traces of original case colors in protected areas of the receiver, one small ding in the lower portion of the rightshotgun barrel, overall good bores, crisp actions, good wood with some scattered mars and scratches from carry and storage with a couple chip losses along the rails of the fore end; horn butt plate shows some wormdamage.
