George C. Scott Patton Prosthetic Nose
"Patton" scored the Oscars® in 1970 with multitude awards, including best picture and best writing (including a young Francis Ford Coppola). However what everyone remembers is the Best Actor Award for George C. Scott, which he made a big deal about refusing. But he deserved it, in a role that he was born to play. Scott was an actor, who like Brando, liked to make subtle changes to his face to help create a new character. In "Patton", he had a prostatic nose piece to make him look even more like General Patton than he naturally already did. This is one of the actual hero screen used nose prosthetics that Scott used throughout the long shooting schedule of this epic production. Comes with an 8x10 production make-up test photo of Scott with the nose piece. (approx. 2" x 2 1/2")
