REVOLVERS. 1) HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON MODEL 1906 DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 22 RF. S# 88857. Bbl. 2 1/2". Model 1906 double action revolver mfg. by Harrington & Richardson. Left quarter flat of the octagonal bbl. is marked with H&R's mfg. information, with the cal. designation on the left flat. Top strap of frame is marked with the model and cal. designations. Nickel plated frame, cyl., and bbl., with blued trigger guard and trigger. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered brown hard rubber grips. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original factory finish, exhibiting some wear with areas of oxidation overall. Dark pitted bore, exhibiting poor rifling throughout. Grips exhibit some smoothing and a few handling marks, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. (23-5564/MLW). 2) HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON MODEL 1906 DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 22 RF. S# 102666 (beneath left grip panel). Bbl. 6". Model 1906 double action revolver mfg. by Harrington & Richardson. The left quarter flat of the octagonal bbl. is marked with H&R's mfg. information, with the cal. designation on the left flat. Top strap exhibits the model and cal. designations. Metal components exhibit a blued finish, with the frame being mounted with 2-piece checkered brown plastic grips. Cyl. is stamped with the last 2-digits of the S#. CONDITION: metal components retain fair amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting wear and thinning overall that shows through to brown patina, with some scattered spots of pitting. Bright bore, exhibiting scattered pitting and good rifling throughout. Action does not function. Grips show some scattered marks, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. Frame, cyl., and bbl. exhibit a nickel plated finish, with the trigger guard exhibiting a blued finish. Frame is mounted with 2 piece checkered black hard rubber grips. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some wear, with areas of light surface oxidation overall. Bright bore, exhibiting moderate pitting and exhibiting good rifling throughout. Grips show a few marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. Safety Hammer double action revolver mfg. by Harrington & Richardson. The left quarter flat of the octagonal bbl. is marked with H&R's mfg. information, with the model designation marked across the top strap. Frame, cyl., and bbl. exhibit a nickel plated finish, with the trigger guard being blued. Hammer and trigger exhibit a case color hardened finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered black hard rubber grips. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some flaking, fading, and oxidation overall. Bright bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of pitting and retaining strong rifling throughout. Grips show a few marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. The top of the bbl. rib is marked with H&R's mfg. information, with the model and cal. designations marked on the left side of the bbl. Metal components exhibit a blued finish, with the frame being mounted with 2-piece checkered black hard rubber grips. CONDITION: metal components retain fair amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting wear and mild to moderate surface oxidation overall. Bright bore, exhibiting scattered spots of oxidation and pitting, and retaining good rifling throughout.
