French Chespot model 1866 bolt-action needle-fire rifle dated 1867 on barrel, serial #15516. Metal surfaces have been lightly cleaned to bright. Stocks are good with many deep mars, scratches, dentsconsistent with military use and storage, good overall. The action is good, bore is very good. Original cleaning rod is retained.
