Freemans patent .44 caliber percussion single action revolver made by Hoard’s Armory, Watertown, New York, serial number 713. This secondary Martial Civil War era revolver remains in good condition showing a patina finish with some traces of blue mixed in. There has been some cleaning and minor recoloring and the pistol shows some scattered pitting. The address is light on one liner but mostly visible. The grips have been cleaned or sanded and are slightly undersized. The action works well and the interior is good. Approximately 2000 are estimated to have been produced. The collection of William A.
