Double signature remainder note, signed by F.W. McGeary and C.C. Biddle. Printed on watermarked “UNITED STATES” bond paper with blue and two large red silk fibers visible from the back. Spread winged eagle holding a shield in its talons at upper left. At the bottom center is a cornucopia counter “20”.The paper is crisp and there are a couple of repaired edge splits and minor rust stains as noted by PCGS.
Only five are known of this variety with this being The Finest Certified.
