Phone bids are offered as a courtesy and a service and we will do the best we can to contact you when the item(s) you're interested in sells. However, sometimes things happen, and we aren't able to make the call and we are often at a location where there is not a reliable cell signal. If the item(s) is offered online, but the buyer chooses to phone/absentee bid, the same online buyer’s premium WILL apply. It is ALWAYS best to send an agent to bid on your behalf.
