Pickup is available near Sundre, AB - address will be provided to all winning bidders. Shipping is available - no shipping of fragile items or extremely heavy items such as furniture.
-Items must be picked up on June 13th or 14th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items no picked up during allotted pick up times and no arrangements made are immediately forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
