Finely made 19th to early 20th-century Navajo headstall showing fine quality hand-made and decorated silver with large early style conchos on old possibly the original leather. The silver work is unpolished and un-cleaned and very sharp and crisp. The headstall was left in its original as found condition showing engraved leaves and all matching pieces. One of the best of this type Navajo silverworks we have seen and it would restore beautifully but was left as found in an eastern collection. Est.: $2,000 -$4,000.
