Thomas (Tommy) Singer (born 1940 - May 31, 2014)
He is one of the most regarded silversmiths in Navajo history having created the ‘CHIP INLAY’ an intricate use of turquoise and coral chips integrated in to the silver work. This method made Mr. Singer famous world around in the 60’s. He is known for his overlay work, storyteller pieces, rug patterns and traditional motifs.
21" Sterling silver necklace with inlay sun face designed out of coral, mother-of-pearl, turquoise, lapis, jet and/or onyx. The center focal sun face is accented by an inlaid leaf that is done in yellow mother-of-pearl, coral, jet and/or Onyx. Behind each leaf is three Sterling pieces that are in a blanket pattern design, the piece hangs on a ring and connector .925 chain, with a lobster claw closure. The center sun face is approximately 12.9 mm in diameter, the leaves are approximately 15.3 mm x 7.9 mm, each Sterling piece measures approximately 32.2 mm x 5.7 mm, the necklace weighs 14.3 g and the three main pieces are stamped with the artist initials FSH. The lobster claw is stamped .925. NOTE: all measurements do not include the silver work around the sun face and the leaf.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the bidder/purchaser and will be billed to the credit card on file. The shipping charges are beyond the hammer price of your auction item and cause the price to increase accordingly.
A valid credit card number must be on file in order to bill you for shipping costs. If shipping is arranged through 2STP, the preferred providers are US Postal Service, or United Parcel Service. If the buyer prefers a different method of shipping all arrangements are, the sole responsibility of the buyer.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs including, boxes, wrapping and packing material.
If your payment for the item/items cleared, but the charge for shipping does not, you will have 72 hours to correct this issue. INSURANCE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: These are additional charges and are not optional. The cost for insurance up to $50.00 in most cases is Free, delivery confirmation in many cases is free but will be no more then $0.85 SEE ABOVE EXAMPLE. 2STP is not responsible for shipping and handling damage. With insurance the buyer has recourse for lost or damaged items. It is the buyer's responsibility and not 2STP's responsibility to file any and all lost or damage claims with the shipper.

2 SISTERS TRADING POST RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR ON-LINE AUCTION
1. GENERAL: Items are offered for sale by 2 Sisters Trading Post, identified herein as "2STP". However, a third-party web site provider, an online auction services contractor, is utilized. Those submitting bids are identified herein as "bidder(s)" or "buyer(s)". Please read auction details in full as this is a binding legal contract.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
A: A buyer must be a minimum of 18 years old and legally able to form
binding contract as a buyer in an auction.
B: A bidder must have an active email address to receive bills and receipts.
C: A bidder must have an active credit card on file to pay for winning bids.
3. VIEWING: By Appointment Only. We will meet you at Antique Junction 111 W Southmore Ave, Pasadena, Texas 77502 If you make an appointment please be courteous and show up or call to cancel if you are not going to be able to make the appointment.
4. INSPECTION: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the property that is up for auction. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation. Prospective bidders will not be allowed to test, operate or disassemble any item featured in an auction.
5. WARRANTY: All items are sold, as is, where is and with all faults, if any. 2STP disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those descriptions, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
2STP OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. DETERMINATION OF CONDITION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
6. OWNERSHIP: At the end of the auction, the highest bidder has entered into a binding contract with the 2STP. The buyer is obligated to pay the price bid, plus 18% buyer's premium and sales tax. Placing the winning bid, but not paying for the product, is illegal in most states, and may result in prosecution. The winning bid cannot be retracted, all sales are final.
Awarded items must be removed from 2STP on the pick-up day specified for this auction and in the specified period, unless other arrangements have been made. (If you live more than 25 miles from Pasadena, TX we will automatically prepare the item/items for shipping). However, no property may be claimed or removed from 2STP without your printed invoice and proper ID. If unclaimed by winning bidder/bidders, 2STP reserves the right to re-auction or award the item to the next highest bidder.
Bidders that fail to claim, pay for, and remove auction items from 2STP premises by 5:00 pm on designated pick-up day, shall forfeit their rights to the auction item, and be declared as a default bidder/bidders. 2STP may ban a default bidder from participating in future online auction events. If one item goes into default, all items won by the bidder go into default and are subject to resale. More than 25 miles from Pasadena, TX will be shipped unless you notify us with different instructions within 24 hours of the auction end. Your card on file will be charged for the item or items, BP & tax (if applicable) along with shipping & packing charges. Charges must clear before your package ships. If for some reason your card does not process, you will have 72 hours to correct this issue. If not corrected, you will be considered in default of your bidding contract. The item will then be forfeited and re-auctioned. You will also have forfeited the cost of the item, BP & sales tax.

8. PICK-UP: Is by appointment only and is usually the Tuesday after the auction ends. Driving directions are below. PLEASE bring your invoice with you and a valid form of ID so payment can be confirmed by one of 2STP staff before items are released. This is for the security of everyone's purchase. Our staff will not check you or your representative out without your invoice. Thank you on behalf of 2STP staff for your cooperation.

All non-shippable items sold, must be picked up at Antique Junction 111 W. Southmore Ave, Pasadena, Texas 77502. During the designated time frame, noted in PICK-UP information. Winning bidders will be solely responsible for pick-up of their item or items, we do not deliver. 2STP will not be responsible for items after buyer, or designated shipper, takes possession. Please allow sufficient time to load items into vehicles before close of business.
NOTE: Shipping for over-sized items or over-weight items that TSAS will not ship, can now be shipped by buyer using www.uship.com.
If you purchase a large item (longest side plus distance around the thickest part is 108" or more) or over-weight (over 30 pounds) item and wish to use U-ship, it is the sole responsibility of the buy to make all arrangements for shipping and pick-up of the item/items. 2STP must be notified within 24 hours of the auction ending by email (fran@mytxauction.com) subject line type: U-SHIP the purchase will be charged to your card and the item will be held for up to 10 days for pick-up by the shipper.

11. INDEMNIFICATION: Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2STP for any and all damages, claims, or liability of any nature or kind in the sale of, or the buyer's use of, the property. The buyer, its predecessors, successors and assigns hereby release, relinquish and discharge 2STP, its former, present and future agents, employees, officers, officials and legal representatives (collectively known as "2STP") from any liability arising out of the sale and/or concurrent negligence of 2STP for any injury, including death or damage to persons or property, where such damage is sustained in connection with, or arising out of, the sale auction items.
12. LIABILITY: Items are offered for sale using the services and web site of the online auction services contractor. Under no circumstances will the 2STP be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages or losses based on, or caused by, any use of the auction web site, or any other web site to which the site is linked, the content of such web sites, or any viruses or other harmful components derived from any such web sites, including, without limitation, any lost profits, revenue, or use, business interruption, or loss of computer programs or information. 2STP strives to make the online auction system as accurate as possible. However, errors and equipment malfunctions are possible and may occur without notice. In case of malfunctions of hardware or software, 2STP reserves the right to cancel any sale, even if an award notification e-mail has been received. 2STP cannot and will not guarantee uninterrupted access to the auction system.
