FIGHTING KNIVES. These Pacific theater-made knives are all unique in grip size & shape, but all have double-edged dagger point blades that are well made and quite sturdy for their intended purpose. All have heavy brass lozenge-shaped crossguards. 1) Overall length: 11.75". Blade length: 7.25". Width: 1.25", with a 2.5" guard, hand-engraved "Noumea" & "New Caledonia." A straight, flat stag grip is attached with two iron pins. Housed in a brown leather sheath. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: hand-drawn card by Roger Ballard. CONDITION: very good overall. 2) Overall length: 12". Blade length: 7.5". Width: 1.35", with a 2.5" heavy brass ovoid unmarked cross guard. A well-fitted, curved, and tapered stag grip is attached with two iron pins. Accompanied by a brown leather sheath. Housed in a brown leather sheath.
