ALL LOTS SOLD AS IS. ANY AND ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE SELLER(S). IT IS THE BIDDER'S / BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERFORM ANY AND ALL DUE DILIGENCE ON ALL LOTS BEING OFFERED IN THE AUCTION. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE INTENTION OF PAYING, OR CAN NOT PAY, DO NOT BID. BY BIDDING, THE BIDDER /BUYER HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS, AND AGREED TO THE FULL LOOMIS AUCTIONEERS INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION, AND "HOLDS HARMLESS" LOOMIS AUCTIONEERS INC., AUCTIONEERS, STAFF, AND SHAREHOLDERS, OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, WHATSOEVER.
Buyer's Premium is added to all final bids of 10% or less, per terms of auction.
Payment: All bidders must supply credit card (full) information prior to bidding, or end of auction, to be eligible for bidding. DO NOT BID, if you do not have the ability to pay, or do not agree with the terms and conditions, or payment conditions and post auction sales agreements.
ALL PAYMENTS DUE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF END OF AUCTION.
We accept credit cards, direct money wire, certified moneys, or pre-approved bank check, with credit card back up. A 4.5% additional buyer's premium is added for credit card payment.
All lots paid in full by credit card or credit card back up to pay within 2 business days of end of auction, without exception. All real estate deposits and buyers premiums, must be paid in full within 3 business days, with the signed auction real estate agreement. All agreements are published on site, far in advance to the end of auction for review.
DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO PAY AT THE POINT OF SALE, FOR EACH ANY EVERY LOT YOU THAT YOU ARE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER.
Loomis Auctioneers reserves the right to cancel, extend, reschedule, or omit any auction or specific lots, or lot for any reason, whatsoever. Auctioneer's discretion at or before the point of sale. To include issues, that would compromise the fair market value, that include weather conditions, "Act of God", bidding attendance, live location, or online/ internet, lack of interest, or other. All bidders, buyers agree to “hold harmless” Loomis Auctioneers of any liability, whatsoever.
