Oval iron plaques that were placed on the fronts of buildings years ago to show you had paid for fire protection, now made into andirons, marked F & S with a coiling snake, around what may be a fire hydrant, the actual medallion is 12" tall by 7" wide and the overall dimensions of the andirons are 21" tall by 17" wide by 22" deep. If you have any specific questions about any markings that may be on the back of the medallions, please feel free to email with a question as I am not sure about these pieces markings.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined. We will be glad to take a guess as to shipping, but no guarantees can be made that this will be the final amount.
