Items come from an estate with a long military history. Extensive research has been done on the featured item. A WWII historical timeline Bracelet. 7.25" enamled, white metal bracelet. This bracelet tells a story of the German Empire exspansion at the start of WWII. The bracelet has 13 individual links, each link has either a city Coat of Arms or a country Coat of Arms. The braclet is stamped on the back center link with the word Geschützt (meaning protected). Each link is in cronilogical order documenting Hitler's European take over. 9. POLEN – Poland Coat of Arms (This Coat of Arms was used from 1927-1945
but was adopted in 1295 with minor modifications the last one was
made in 1990). Today Poland is officially the Republic of Poland and is
a country in central Europe.
10. NORWEGEN – Norway Coat of Arms (1905-1937 the only major difference
from the Coat of Arms seen today is the a crown has been added to
the top) Today Norway is officially the Kingdom of Norway and is the
least densely populated country in Europe home to around 5 million.
11. HOLLAND – Kingdom of the Netherlands Coat of Arms lesser version (the
Coat of Arms is a combination of the Royal Family of Orange-Nassau
and the arrows & sword adopted from the Dutch Republic in the 17th
century is still used today as the center of the middle and greater
versions). Today Netherlands are officially the Kingdom of the
Netherlands and in its entirety is often referred to as Holland.
