This is a desirably original example of a Saginaw M1 Carbine that was the successor to the rare Irwin Pedersen contract and basically is made from the same tooling. Blade front and two-leaf rear sights, with an undated "Buffalo Arms" barrel, type I band S'G', flat bolt S'G', milled trigger guard, "SW-IP" Sear button safety and "B-IP" (Irwin Pedersen) marked magazine catch and recoil plate. S'G' operating rod.High wood stock, with 2-rivet RSG handguard, "S'G'" and Ordinance cartouche on right buttstock, oval oiler cut and a green canvas sling. With one extra magazine
