The barrel has a single bead front sight with the right rear side marked "CYL." next to an "MM" and small U.S. Navy anchor proof stamp on the left side and standard 2-line address and "U.S. (bomb)" on top. Standard receiver and bolt markings, with "U.S. (bomb) MILITARY FINISH" on the upper left side. Smooth straight grip stock, with a beavertail forearm, crossed cannon and "FJA" inspection marks on the left side of the buttstock, and a serrated plastic buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Condition: Excellent plus with 99% original blued finish with some scattered minor scratches and dings as well as some minor pitting in a few areas. Buttstock is excellent with a crisp cartouche, minor handling marks, forearm is also excellent with a few pressure dings on the bottom. Mechanically excellent.
