Manufactured from 1881-1913, this particular example was manufactured in the 1880's. Fixed front sight on solid rib barrel marked with the two line six patent date barrel address. The revolver is factory engraved probably in the hand of master engraver Oscar Young, eldest son of Gustave Young. The barrel, frame, cylinder and back strap all feature a simple but elegant scroll and punch dot pattern. The serial number "8363" is stamped on the barrel, cylinder, and cylinder catch. The butt is one number off and is stamped "8263", obviously the grip strap was mixed during the manufacturing process and most likely swapped in the engraving department. The hammer and trigger are casehardened and the trigger guard is blue. Finished with mother of pearl grips.
