Terms of payment
If using a credit card a 2% charge will be added.
Payment due upon pick up of the items unless prior arrangements have been made with Stewart Auctions.
All items in the farm auction must be picked up July 10th or 11th.
In our land auctions the seller has the right to accept, reject or counter on the high bid. The seller will be contacted and presented with the offer. They usually have until noon the next day to decide. If the bid is not accepted, we negotiate with the high bidder to try to achieve an acceptable price.
This platform will reflect bids as "pending" until they are an official sale.
