Condition: Excellent. The barrel retains 99% original blue finish with some mild muzzle wear. The trigger guard retains 97% original blue finish with some thinning on the front. The action retains 90% original case colors with some fading to a smooth gray on the bottom. All of the gold inlay remains. The forearm has had a coat of varnish and overall the wood is excellent, with the exception of a few areas on the forearm where the varnish chipped off and was recoated, there are a few minor dings and dents overall, with crisp checkering. The engraving remains crisp. Mechanically excellent.
